Questions

Common questions

Is Navarro Quality Builder a licensed contractor?

Yes. Navarro Quality Builder INC holds California contractor license #1135312 with classifications A (General Engineering), B (General Building), C-10 (Electrical) and C-61/D-40 (Service Station Equipment and Maintenance). You can check the license on the CSLB website.

Do you take commercial and residential projects?

Both. Most of our work is commercial and civil: gas stations, car washes, self-storage, hotels, restaurants, roads and storm drains. We also build new homes and ADUs.

Can you do the site work and the building on the same project?

Yes. Our general engineering license covers grading, paving and underground work, and our general building license covers the structure. Electrical is covered by our C-10 license, so one contract can carry the whole job.

What do you need to give me a bid?

Plans and specifications if you have them, the project address, and your target start date. If the project is still in design, send what you have and we can give early pricing guidance.

Where do you work?

We are based in Los Angeles and work on projects across Los Angeles and Riverside counties, including Moreno Valley and Temecula.
